Cosmic Bills detects credit notes automatically and exports them to Xero as credit notes, not as bills.
If a document is classified wrongly
If a credit note is processed as a bill, or a bill is processed as a credit note, email support@cosmicbills.com with the invoice file attached. We will correct it.
How it appears in Xero
A credit note uploaded through Cosmic Bills appears in Xero as a credit note with its detail intact, the same way a bill does.
