How do I cancel automatic subscription renewal?

   Step 1. Open My Account

   Sign in to Cosmic Bills and choose My Account on the left.

   Step 2. Find the Purchase/Upgrade Plan tile

   In Account Settings, look under the Purchase/Upgrade Plan tile.

   Step 3. Select Cancel Billing

   Choose the blue Cancel Billing box. Auto-renewal becomes inactive.

When your quota is used up, or the one-year subscription period is reached, you are emailed a notification so you can renew manually.
