Step 1. Go to the sign-in screen
Enter your username, then choose Forgot password.
Step 2. Submit your username
Enter your username again and submit.
Step 3. Enter a new password
Type your new password.
Step 4. Confirm it
Re-enter the new password to confirm, then submit.
